I’m definitely one of those people that believes the better you feel about your outfit the more you’ll want to work out. If you’ve never done it, go buy yourself a new pair of yoga pants and a cute top and you’ll instantly feel like a gym girl. Top it off with a new pair of workout shoes and forget it. You’re unstoppable. This also applies to gym space appearance and equipment. Notice how different your experience is when you work out at a boutique studio compared to a discount chain gym. This couldn’t be any more true for at home gym spaces. How much more likely are you going to commit to using your equipment if it feels like this? Compared to a treadmill in your bedroom with laundry hung over the hand rails?
