I left out the cabbage, broccoli, and mushrooms this time just because I didn’t have them. I didn’t feel like shredding carrots either so I just chopped them up. If you’re not a lover of beef you can always use chicken. For vegans and vegetarians you can always use tofu. This is what makes this recipe so great. You can customize it as you see fit. Or, you can also follow it precisely.

As usual, when I make stir fry I like to top it over white or brown rice. I also like to top it off with won ton strips and sesame seeds for a little extra crunch.
